GOALSAIT workshops are organized through the Initiation Training Committee of the O.T.O. United States Grand Lodge. It receives direction from the Executive Committee. Advanced Initiator Training is committeed to supporting the initiation process of United States Grand Lodge in the following ways: Initiators- Improve personal quality of initiation abilities
- Have resources and be supported by U.S.G.L.
- Feel more confident that they are qualified and experienced
Local Bodies- Build excitement and desire to become an initiator
- Improve quality of initiations for Man of Earth members in terms of voice and magical quality
- Gain more experienced initiators
- Gain perspective on the importance of initation
- Experience in organizing larger, regional workshops
- Improve symbolic knowledge of initiates of Man of Earth through better trained, more confident initiators
- Provide space for local initiators to work together and workshop their ideas
U.S.G.L.- Provide professional training for initiators
- Obtain more experienced initiators
- Provide in-depth training for the presiding officers of M∴M∴M∴ initiation at large
- Improvement of initiation standards
- Assist with implementation of requirements for memorization of degrees
- Create sample training materials and supplemental resources for initiation officers, Certified Initiator Trainers and Sovereign Grand Inspectors General
- Provide initiators with advanced topics in regards to the general principles and practice of our initiation rituals
